Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Son of a beach regarding the data collected from users who access our website via www.sonofabeachswimwear.com (hereinafter: "Site") or who otherwise share personal data with us (collectively: "Users").

Son of a beach cares greatly about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need to improve our services and we handle the information we collect about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services disclosed on it by Son of a beach. The effective date of these terms is March 7, 2021; by publishing a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what data we collect about you, what it is used for, and with whom and under what conditions it may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect it against misuse, and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide to us. Reasons for Data Collection
The processing of your personal data (i.e., any information by which your identity can be determined with reasonable means; hereinafter: "Personal Data") is necessary for fulfilling our contractual obligations to you, providing our services to you, protecting our legitimate interests, and complying with legal and financial obligations.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and other use of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your data exclusively for providing our services. That means the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you give us. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you later – other than at your request – we will explicitly ask your permission. We reserve the right to modify or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will take effect immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. The most current version will be indicated in the ‘Last modified’ section. Continued use of the Platform after such changes have been notified on our website constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of those changes and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such changes.
